A utility for converting graphic images into icon files (ICO). Supported formats include BMP, JPEG, GIF, CUR, WMF, you can make a screenshot of any portion of the screen. Picture To Icon creates an icon with a resolution up to 240x240 pixels and color depth up to 256 bits. Special tools let you make adjustments to the image icons (eg, including transparency), to change the size and quality. Feature of the program is the ability to extract icons from executables and libraries (EXE, DLL, OCX, etc.).
